Hiring Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our screen printing team. The Production Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that all orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare screens for printing by coating and exposing them according to specified instructions
  • Setup and operate screen printing equipment
  • Setup and operate great press equipment
  • Monitor the printing process to ensure high quality standards are met
  • Quality checking all goods, including but not limited to heat pressing and removing unwanted ink spots
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in screen printing or a related field
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of screen printing equipment and processes
