Hiring MACs

We are looking for a talented Screen Printer to join our team as a MAC, Mobile Art Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for producing prints under pressure during our Live events. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Setup and operate screen printing equipment, including loading and unloading garments, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper ink consistency
Mix and prepare inks for printing, matching colors and following color specifications
Monitor the printing process to ensure high quality standards are met
Quality checking all goods, including but not limited to heat pressing and removing unwanted ink spots
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure seamless workflow and job coordination.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Screen Printer, with the ability to handle various printing techniques and equipment

Commitment to delivering high-quality products

Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

Strong attention to detail

Flexibility to work during Live events

Effective communication skills and a team player mentality
