Hiring Quote Specialists

The Quote Specialist will have a strong understanding of garment brands, styles, and weights and plays a pivotal role in delivering accurate quotes and visually appealing mockups, all contributing to customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their apparel needs, preferences, and customization requirements for quotes and mockups.
  • Generate precise and detailed quotes for apparel items, considering brand, style, and weight specifications.
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing and communicate any relevant details to customers.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create visually appealing and accurate apparel mockups
  • Develop and maintain an extensive understanding of garment brands, styles, and weights.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and customization possibilities in the apparel industry.
  • Work with Retail Associate to ensure accurate quotes are created to match customer specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to integrate specific customization requests into the apparel mockups.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all apparel quotes and mockups, including brand details, style variations, image placements, and weight specifications.
  • Provide detailed documentation to support the sales and design teams.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align quotes and mockups with pricing strategies and sales objectives.
  • Assist customers in understanding the nuances of different garment brands and styles, providing guidance for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of garment brands, styles, and weights.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating high-quality apparel mockups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in both quote creation and mockup design.
  • Familiarity with printshop processes, sales and customer service principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the apparel industry is highly desirable.
