  • WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM?

    Yes, MacFly does have an MOQ of 12 for a 1-color 1-placement job.  For a 2-color job, the MOQ is 24.  Orders under the MOQ are consider samples and priced accordingly. Applies to Custom and Contract Printing.

  • CAN YOU PRINT ALL OVER JUMBO SCREENS AND RUN OFF SEAMS?

    We currently do not, but there are great local sublimation printers that do.

  • WHAT TYPE OF APPAREL DO YOU HAVE TO OFFER?

  • CAN YOU PRINT ON HATS OR DO EMBROIDERY?

    Yes, we can print on hats. Currently we are using a Screen-Printed Heat Transfer process to for printed hats, we also offer embroidery services for that professional threaded, stitched-in look.

  • WHAT KIND OF INK TECHNIQUES CAN YOU PRINT?

    We offer a variety of printing techniques such as: plastisol, water based, soft hand plastisol and discharge inks, as well as novelty printing techniques such as foils, metallics and much more.

  • WHAT ARE THE ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS?

    Custom printing is when we supply the apparel. The apparel and printing fees are one flat rate.
     
  • DO YOU DO SAMPLES OR PRESS CHECKS?

    No. Sorry we do not offer this service.
     
  • CAN YOU PRINT ON PAPER OR DO DECAL PRINTING (STICKERS)?

    We do print on various paper types, mainly for 4x6 - 12x16 in. posters  We do not print stickers or decals. 
     
  • WHAT IS THE LARGEST PRINT SIZE YOU DO?

    The largest print we can accommodate is 12 ” width by 16” high. If you are thinking about doing an over-sized print, please email us a visual so we can determine if we are able to print it.
     
  • WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME OR TURN-AROUND TIME?

    We ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the time payment is received and you have approved your production mockups.  Chances are your order will be ready ahead of this schedule; however, to provide the best quality - we need your patience. Orders can run up to 14 days depending on production schedules.
     
  • IS THERE A COST DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE INK TECHNIQUES?

    Yes, cost varies depending on ink type. Plastisol printing is the industry standard and usually the most economical.
     
  • DO YOU PRINT ON OTHER FABRICS BESIDES COTTON?

    Yes, we can print on all cotton, polyester ,rayon , modal, fleece and blends. (Some fabrics may require testing.)
     
  • CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

    Yes, we can ship your order anywhere in the US via UPS. Please note we only ship to the billing address used to pay for the order. Shipping costs vary depending on location, weight and expected date.
     
  • WHAT AREAS CAN YOU PRINT ON?

    Standard print locations are: Full front, full back, left front chest, back neck, sleeve, side print, and size labels. If you want to get creative with a particular print location give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship anywhere within the boundaries that UPS, FedEx and DHL operate within.

  • Can I track my order?

    A tracking number will sent to you email upon shipping. 

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Shipping times vary based on location. Most shipments can take an average of 3-7 days for delivery.

  • How can I change my order?

    Your order cannot be changed once payment has made. Any changes in this case will be considered a new order.
