  • Screen Printing - 100 for a 2-color job
  • Digital Printing - 25
  • Print Only - 100

What is your turnaround time?

Our typical/standard turnaround time is 15 business days (3 weeks) from the time payment is received and you have approved your production mockups.

Can I bring my own garments?

Yes, you can bring 100 or more but we ask that you let us know the brand/model or stop by with a sample so that we can consider the style in the preproduction phase.  You should provide additional units of garments to allow for misprints.

Do you print samples?

No, we have recently discountinued the process of delivering samples. We currently provide services for orders meeting our minimum order quanties.

Can you RUSH my order?

Depending on the complexity of your order, we can usually RUSH your job. Our RUSH fee will apply.

What happens when orders are approved with less than 15 business days remaining for production?

  1. You risk the order not being producible
  2. The order will have a RUSH fee added

Screenprinting

Can you offer what I need for my budget?

Yes. If you let us know your budget, we will do all we can to fit our services into your budget.

I have a design and want to print myself, do you offer pre-burnt screens?

Yes. We require your vectorized and payment and we will produce a pre-burned screen for you

Why does it cost so much to get 12 shirts printed?
Smaller quanties will always cost you more per item. To take advantage of price breaks, up your quantities. There is a LOT of setup required for screenprinting and performing all the setup for only a few pieces usually results in the company losing money on the order.
What can I do to reduce the cost of my order?
  • Reduce the number of colors in the design
  • Use the color of the garment as one of your design colors
  • Reduce the number of print locations

Artwork

If I see a cool picture on my computer and take a picture of the screen with my phone, can you use that image to print on my shirts?

No. The file needs to be high resolution, created via graphics software. Screenshots are not high quality enough for printing.

What is meant by a high res file?

English: Images have a resolution associated with them and it is measured in Dots Per Inch (DPI). The more dots crammed into an inch, the better the picture.

Graphics Person Language: 300 or higher (600 - 1200 preferred) dpi for .png or .tif 300 or higher dpi (600 preferred) for .psd. The PSD must be a layered file.

What file formats do you accept?

English: We take highres files and vector files.

Grahpics Person Language: We take highres .PNG, .PSD and .TIF files. We PREFER vector files, .AI, .EPS, .PDF, and .SVG. ALL elements in the vector files need to be vectors. No raster graphics can be in the vector files. Raster graphics will look absolutely awful when printed!

Can I use any color scheme and font in my design?

English: Pretty much, but please pass the info below on to your graphics person.

Graphics Person Language: For colors, stick to RGB and CMYK. Convert all text/fonts to outlines in Illustrator and Photoshop.

How BIG can my artwork be?
Our standard sizes (W x H) are:
  • Direct To Film - 12.5 x 15 inches
  • Direct To Garment - 15.5 x 19.5 inches
  • Screen Print - 12 x 16 inches
  • Jumbo Screen Print - 15 x 18 inches
